best kind of oil to use in a pellet gun?

i have a Crosman G1 extreme break barrel air gun (pellet gun). i dont have any of the special oil for it and dont have the time to get any right now. what other kind of oil can i use. that will be safe for this gun?

It depends on what part of the gun you are oiling.

First of all, break-barrel/spring-piston airguns need a LOT less oil than most people think, especially in the compression chamber. If you're oiling your airgun frequently then you're probably doing a lot more harm than good. The barrel pivots need a bit of oil now and again and Crosman recommends a drop or two of special-purpose oil in the compression chamber every few hundred shots.

Second, only special purpose oils made for airguns should be used for two reasons. Flammable oils in the compression chamber can damage the gun and will ruin accuracy/velocity consistency until they burn out or migrate out of the chamber. And airguns have a lot of seals that can be damaged by some kinds of oils, especially the general purpose CLP type gun oils that also contain solvents. Crosman recommends RMCOIL for the compression chamber.
