Egg White/Yolk Mask Question for Rosacea?

I have rosacea, and Ive heard that Vitamin A is important..Can I do an egg white and egg yolk mask once a week, one right after the other? Since one you can use as a toner (white), the other a moisturizer (yolk). Is that ok?...

Should I wash my face, do the white, then do the yellow.....or yellow then white?....

I also plan on using topical vitamin c every day for extra protection, and every night-so that it will tone down my redness from diffused redness..Ive heard it will work since it stimulates collegen....is this true..

Along with this, Im eating healthy after not eating at all healthy for the last year (really bad).....will my skin look better just from that? I dont have a LOT of pimples, just the erythema

I am not quite sure whether egg white will do much and don't know of any good experience with yolks.
