Why do i itch and get hot about 3hrs before period?

I am 26 and for the past yr about 3hrs before my period my whole body itches and i get red hot. Sometimes tingles and feels like spiders are crawling on me, this can last all the way through my period. Been to the docs and they put me on allergy tablets but i don't think it is an allergy and the docs wont listen.
Any advice pls ?????

I am a guy (no periods), but I have a condition called Cholinergic Urticaria, and basically when I get hot my body breaks out into a very itchy/prickly sensation like what you described.

This happens any time I become hot (exercising, walking into a hot room, when I get nervous, etc.). If you do this everytime you get hot, it could be what you have as well.

However, if this ONLY happens when you start your period, then I have no idea what it could be. Perhaps it is some kind of hormonal reaction or something?? I am not sure.

But I thought I would post about the CU just in case you did this any time you got hot.

Now that you are the proud owner of a hot tub, you may want to consider ways to enhance the enjoyment of your fine new investment.  Many products on the market serve to make your hot tub the focal point of your relaxation hours.  The choices are many and are determined by how much space you have around your hot tub and of course, your budget.  Consider the following accessories:

 

1. Steps up to your spa.  You can now access your hot tub safely by installing the steps of your choice to make it easier and safer to get into the tub.  There are many choices here from single steps, or multi-tiered steps.  Some steps even have space for storage beneath them.

 

1. Side Bar and Stools.  If you are going to be spending an evening outside with family and friends in your hot tub, you may want to consider installing a side or corner bar for serving refreshments.  Stools are also available. 

 

1. Robe Tree and Café Table.  In order to keep your robes clean and dry for easy access when coming out of the tub, the robe tree is the perfect item.  You can store your towels nearby on the café table, if guests are not using it for refreshments.
