Sunburn Question please!!!!?

Hi,

I am already a dark complection but i want to be more dark

I followed some remedies by not using sun screen and getting burnt then quickly takinbg a shower then drying off and using aloe cream on it and hydrating the skin with moistrizer and drinking plenty of fluids

But just today after yesterday getting sunburnt

MY SKIN is starting to peel??

does anyone know how to tan without peeling? should i use sun screen?

If you insist on tanning in the sun then you MUST wear sunscreen of at least SPF15 to protect your skin from UVA and UVB damage (check the label to ensure the sunscreen protects against both). Tan very gradually to achieve a longer lasting colour. Avoid burning at all costs as this causes redness, peeling and no tan, not to mention premature aging and melanomas. You really, really shouldn't tan your skin in the sun if you want to look good long-term. Tanned skin is damaged skin. You will be wrinkled and leathery looking by the time you are 30. Why not just use a dark fake tanner?
