i can feel that my face is getting dry, how can i stop this from getting worse?

i can feel my skin getting dry around my mouth and the corners of my mouth. i put on moisture/hydrating chapstick and hydrating gel around my mouth to try to prevent the skin of actually drying out. it just feels tight and uncomfortable so far. what else can i do to give my skin a quick pick me up and make sure the dry skin wont set in?

Chap stick actually makes your lips more dry in the long run. Your body has a way of moisturizing itself. There's a balence it maintains. When you use chapstick, your body slows down the moisture process for your lips. So you actually need it now.
Best thing to use is 100% pure cocoa butter. Not the lotion but the stick that has no additives or fragrences. It can be found at CVS or Walgreens.

Also lower your salt intake and drink more water. The best thing you can do is drink one full glass of water as soon as you wake up in the morning. Drink as much as possible thoughout the day but that first one is important.
