how to treat serious sunburn?

yeah so, I usually just tan, so I wore a really low spf what ever;
and for the first time I ever I burnt, realllllllyyyy badly.
It's bright bright bright red and shiny, really tight to.
It's hard to move and I can't wear clothes. Even a bra hurts!
I've taken painkillers, had a cold shower and bath, put ice on, had after sun, and its hurting more than ever. any ideas on what I can do?

Refreshing ice tea

Tea is the second most consumed beverage behind water. There must be something special about this brewed beverage. Ice tea is other form of cold tea often served with ice, it may not be sweetened, but it’s also a popular packaged drink. Tea is something everyone wants in day-to-day life. It relaxes your mind and refreshes oneself

These four main types are:

• White Tea
• Green Tea
• Black Tea
• Iced Tea

We will talk about ICED TEA:-

Most types of tea seem to be better off served hot. Some tea actually taste funny cold, while others turn out cloudy. The cloudiness won't hurt you and it doesn't affect the taste, only the appearance.

If you want your tea to be clear, try buying tea that is specially blended for iced tea. It will have fewer tannins, which is what causes the cloudiness.

If you brew your tea with hot water, let it cool to room temperature before adding ice. If your tea turns out cloudy, try adding a little bit of boiling water or a little lemon juice. This will sometimes help.

Tip: Make iced tea stronger than regular tea to compensate for dilution from the ice.

Quick Brewing Instructions

To brew a quarter, place either 4 to 5 bags or teaspoons of loose tea in a pitcher. Bring 2 cups of cold, tap water or filtered water to a boil. Pour the boiling water directly over the tea and steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove tea bags or strain and then add 2 more cups of cold water. Serve over ice.

Sun Brewed Iced Tea

Fill a container with 4 cups of cold water, preferably filtered. Place 6 bags or 6 teaspoons of tea and cover or cap lightly. Place in direct sunlight for 2 to 4 hours (depending on desired strength). Remove bags or strain and serve over ice.

A tall glass of iced tea is a summer-time classic. There are many different ways to prepare it.

One more simple method

You will need a teacup, tea in a bag/infuser/ball, boiling water, and a strong glass, or large plastic cup, full of ice.

Brew your tea in the teacup so that it is slightly stronger than what you usually drink. Add sugar or honey if you prefer a sweet tea. Pour the tea into the glass of ice and stir it with a spoon until it is chilled. Add more ice if the cubes melt completely. Add a slice of lemon or sprig of mint to the glass.

Powdered or frozen ice tea is a common preparation at home.

To get the most health benefits out of your tea, choose high-quality loose-leaf tea from your local or online tea shop. Brew it up and enjoy. And of course, don’t throw out the idea of enjoying instant or bottled tea when you’re on the go. You just might have to drink a little more.
