How to use Sunless Tanning Lotion?

I bought a 150 mL of Safeway's Sunless Tanning Lotion and I'm just wondering how to get best results if I'm going swimming/tanning tomorrow? Should I use it before I sleep tonight and tomorrow morning before I go swimming in the afternoon? Will this tan seem really fake or will it come off when I swim? Thanks a bunch!

Hmm. Okay.
Well I always use Jergens natural glow.
But I just apply every morning after I get out of the shower.
Or even sometimes at night, if that's when I take my daily shower.
Just apply it evenly and go easy on rough spots like knees and elbows.
And it should be fine.
Only use once a day. and it won't look fake.

"You’ve probably seen the tanning lotions that are on the shelf at every drug store and cosmetics shop in the nation.
