Intensifying Tanning

how often and long do I Tanning bed?

No answers about skin cancer please I'll report it as spam
I have Hispanic skin but as I live in England it goes pale pretty fast. I've been back from holiday for a couple of weeks and am still quite tanned but I'm worried I'll lose it
I have bottles of fake tan and use it regularily but I don't want to use it anymore because it's too much effort.
I've had a spray tan before and it doesn't last long.

My question is how often should I go, and how long for? I want to intensify and just keep up my tan

Just to add I don't burn In the sun

First build your base tan so that you dont get pinkish or burned. Base tan usually requires about 2 or 3 times. Once you have that, then you can go every second day of the week....and if you dont want to overdue it and increase your chances of skin cancer, then i suggest you go 2 or 3 times a week. Depending on how strong the bulbs are and the UV...(which nowdays they are improving and getting much stornger)....the stornger bulbs will requre you to go in for a shorter epriod of time, but with that I have noticed (because I love tanning) that the tan itself doesn't last as long...

So, the I prefer the weaker bulbs where you can go in for 10 to 15 minutes, but instead of burning you in a short period of time and making you pink, it bornzes your skin instead AND THE TAN LASTS LONGER.

In a stand up tanning dont do more then 8 or 10 mins...and in lay down 15 to 20 mins MAX ....is what the tanning pros have told me =)

be careful and dont overdue it or get too hooked on it...nobody wants to get skin cancer!

Good tanning lotion/oil for me?

My skin is pretty bronze. I was just planning on darkening my skin and possibly intensifying my color.

I don't want to spend more than $20 dollars. The cheaper the better. I'm on a really tight budget.

I'm looking to go to Walmart, Target, CVS, or Walgreens. (NO! I am not going to a tanning salon!)

Any good suggestions? (Details?)

i've heard that the L'Oreal Sublime Bronze Gelee is supposed to be really good
