When using a face cleaning kit....??

I know rinsing with cold water closes pores. So do you rinse with cold water before using toner on your face, or should u rinse with hot so the pores are still open??? Im not sure. Does it make a difference?

Always use a warmer water to wash, and when rinsing tone it down a degree or two. The toner balances the face -
after you towel dry - so any dirt not removed is gone and it kind of offers a little ph in your face and tightens your pores
The temp of the water makes no real issues when rinsing.
