How can I tell if my indoor flood lamp bulb is a PAR 38 bulb or a R40 bulb?

The warning label for my built-in ceiling flood lamps says not to exceed 90W for PAR 38 bulbs or 100W for R40 bulbs but neither the boxes or flood lamp bulbs I bought have any sign that I can see identifying what style bulbs they are.

You can use a bulb clip on a replacement shade instead of an uno mount.
