What's the secret for perfect smooth legs? What to do to the skin!!?

My legs' by themselves are great, not super thin, not fat either, and hard. But the problem is, the skin!! Other than my legs, the skin from all my body is perfect. I'm very white so any imperfection might be very showingly (don't tell me tan or spray tan or nothing similar). The pores look soo weird, and I need to exfoliate, but my mom never lets me get a cream for exfoliating, she says that "THAT DOESN'T CONVINCE ME". I know the best way to remove hair is waxing, but I don't have time to go get a wax every single time, so instead I use this machine that sort of only cuts the hair, weekly; fast, painless, and easy. The only way for my legs to look smooth would be by wearing stockings. So isn't there any home remedy or something I can use to make them look perfect smooth and soft? Creams never work for me, I just get pimples when I use creams. I swear the skin looks a bit like chicken skin and I have marks from previous pimples and hair stuck under the skin.

if i shave my legs after i get a spray tan will it come off ?

I have paper white legs and i want to use my birthday money to go into one of those spray tan machines, but im afraid that it will come off my legs when i shave or take a hot shower, sense tanning lotion does.
I shave like every2-3 days, and im thinking maybe i should wax my legs so i wont have to worry about shaving them but i dont think i wanna waste my money on that when i could just shave, what should i do ? please help !

If you shave the same day of getting the tan,it will come off.
I'd wait until the next night.

Before you go make sure you exfoliate well[like with a washcloth and soap or a body scrub,brown sugar and milk works well] and shave your legs also..Dont put ANY lotion of any kind on your body,even if its for your face.So no makeup,lotion,perfume or anything.

I wouldnt wax them,it can get expensive.

Also when you go wear the bathing suit your going to be wearing this summer so your tan lines arent weird.Although,i spray tan topless,it works better!
