how can i get a glow to my skin?!?

im not white, and my natural face skin color is like light brown like wheat-ish but my arms are darker and my legs are really light lol
but i want my skin color to be like glowing like golden how can i make it like that? it used to be like that but seems it changed to lighter but sometimes i want it to be tan.

You could use a shimmering product. You can also use a glitter and you'll have instant glow.
Another thing you can do is to use products containing Vitamin C which adds glow!
