How can i get tan fast?

im from jersey imma local down at the shore... i wanna get tan fast before summer really kicks in. i know sitting in the sun gets you tan but is there anything else i can do to speed it up besides going into tanning booths. are there any sprays that help speed up the tanning? if you know anything please help me out hahaha thanks!

I tried Loreal Paris Sublime Bronze and it's wonderfull. It really gives you that deep tan and it doesnt give you a lot of streaks. They sell it at Walgreens, Wal-Mart, and at Target for about $20! Give it a try

Spray Tanning for the first time?

i am going today to my local spray tanning salon.
i need to get a spray tan for my cheerleading competition next saturday. but i have a few questions.
(I am 14 and fair skinned)
*what should i wear? i heard tight fitting dark clothing...but what does that mean? our uniforms show off our backs shoulders and legs (hope that helps)
**Should i get sprayed or go in the booth?
***What should i do before i go?
****ive heard of just a glow. but does that give any kind of tan look?i am very fair and need some color.
*****How long does it last? if i get it done today (sunday) will it last until saturday? (6 days)

You need to wear loose clothing that will not stain, or can have stains removed. I would actually wear white because you can bleach it, but black works too. Getting sprayed by a person can work better if you are not shy, but the booth works just as well. You need to exfoliate that morning and not put on any lotions before you go. You should also not shower for a day after getting it to allow it to turn your skin the color for as long as possible. Some last for about 3 or 4 days, but if you follow their instructions, which will be similar to what I told you, it can last up to 9, or that is what my tan salon says.
