i need help on getting tan?

during the summer i get really tan but since we didn't go anywhere over spring break i'm not tan/my tan faded since summer and i am really pale. is there any tanning lotion that doesn't make me look orange and lasts for a long period of time? i really want to get tan to look good in spring clothes but i don't want to go to a tanning bed. i tried loreal and it doesn't really work. also do all tanning lotions come off in the shower? thanks soooo much!

jergens tanning stuff works really well for me.. just make sure you wash your hands after you use it. it looks really natural as long as you get the right lotion for your skin color (in other words.. don't get a lotion for dark skin tones if you're really pale).
