Lotion Silicone Ok what is so bad about BB oil moisturizer?
Ok what is so bad about BB oil moisturizer,because the ingredients I am looking at are no petroleum, no mineral oils, no silicones,and no alcohol, now the Pink Luster's Lotion have that I will not get the Pink Lusrter's, but the BB oil moiturizer contains: Purified water,Canola oil,Aloe Vera Gel,Coconut Oil,Pathenol,Liquidium,Castor oil,Sesquioleate,Polysorbate,Propylene Glycol Diazolidinyl Urea and Idopropynyl Butylcarbamate,Sorbitan,Pafarium,Polyquaternium, and Fragrance. What is so bad about it? Please tell me thank you
Most people (especially black women and biracial women) prefer not to use mineral oil and petroleum because it is in no way beneficial to the skin or hair. So if anyone tells you mineral oil is a moisturizer they don't know what they are talking about right there. Why put something on your hair that is not beneficial to it? What's the point? It just makes your hair greasy. Cetearyl alcohol is not bad for hair and actuallyis found in most conditioners for slip. Silicones should be used sparingly but not completely eliminated from your regimen. Cyclomethicone adds slip to detanglers and conditioners and does not oat the air while heavier 'cones like dimethicone help prevent heat damage. Propylene Glycol, the Urea and the Fragrance are actually the ingredients of concern in that product.
