Sunscreen over or under tanning oil/lotion?

So, I'm going to the beach tomorrow and I'm not sure if I should wear sunscreen over or under my tanning lotion?

So, over or under? I'm not going without it. -.-

I use Neutrogena sunscreen. Both UVA and UVB. I'd never wear a sunscreen that didn't have both or those. And I do use tanning oil as well but it attracts sand easier than the lotions, so yeah. And I know Hawaiian Tropic has tanning lotions with sun protection factors in them, but I'm not sure if those are good. Perhaps I will just use my sunscreen before I depart there and once I do get there I'll apply the tanning lotion and keep applying it just in case I'm paranoid of it failing to protect my skin. Should I do that?

And whoever says you can't tan with sunscreen, you're wrong. Don't even try to convince me you're right.

when i go tanning i usually put on sunscreen first then the tanning oil.
if i were you i would put on some sunscreen on my body before i left for the beach. and when i got to the beach i would put on a higher spf on my face. then put the tanning oil on my body. and then on my face.

this system seems to work for me, i still get tan and don't burn!
