How do i get rid of my pad rash!? ouch!?

Hey everyone,

I have either a very heavy period or a very light time in my period. Right now, cuz i missed a few pills, I am spotting so i cant use a tampon (too light) so im using a pad/liner. Usually i use superheavy absorbant tampons + a regular absorbant pad (yes, i need both!!) and due to this, i get yeast infections beacus my period last 7+ days...i have the period from hell hahaha anyway, so im spotting at the moment and i know have a pad rash from it. I change my pad roughly every 2-3 hrs, wear cotton everything but do require a lot of sitting at work, so i walk around a lot, drink lots of water for lots of pee breaks anyway, how can i get rid of this rash? I have been putting on super moisturizing hemp lotion as the skin feels dry, but im worried this is counterintuitive!! so any help would be appreciated...

ohh, i also heard a hot bath helps, so i took one tonight, i feel comfy n clean, but the skin still feels irratated!

This is kinda weird, but it helps me a lot. Desitin or some kind of diaper rash creme. LOL it sounds weird but it takes away the discomfort of the rash while curing it and FAST! Hope this helps, i completely know what you are going though!!!!
