This is the best post ever. I really need someone to TELL ME to STOP TOUCHING MY FACE because I do it all the time, even though I know it’s awful. But maybe thinking about spreading germs all over my face will help… that’s a good visualization. I use Mario Badescu also, it works well for me (when I let it!)
