I use Jergens Natural Body Glow for medium skin ( fair skin in the winter) for my body only. I've been thinking about getting the fair one for my face because my face for some reason is WHITE (my nickname is snow white) even though my body is always a pale olive tone. i would use it as often as you use it on your body and if you exfoiliate you probably will take some of the tan off and yes definately spread it down through your neck..dont forget to put it on your ears and use a qtip to go around your eyes
