depends how dark you are to begin with.

They also usually have different beds for different people.
If you're dark - you would probably go in the super-bed.

I have an olive complexion and I started of 10 minutes in a regular bed, or 7 minutes in a super-bed.
Also, I have a very pale friend who started off 6 minutes in a regular bed.
