Injectable melatonin, tanning injections?

Does anybody know anything about these sort of products? I know somebody who is using them and even though they are now really brown I'm wondering what the pros and cons are of a product like this. I have no intention of using anything like this i am just very curious. Any help appreciated, thanks.

Its not injectable meltonin, melatonin helps you sleep. Its called Melanotan and theres a newer one called melanotan 2.

Pros: You get a real tan year around. It might help with weight loss cuz it might give you a little bit of nausea.

Cons: Sucks to inject everyday, even tho its a small insulin needle your supposed to use. Also, if you have freckles or spots on your face or body, it will make things a lot lot lot worse. They will increase by a lot for some people.
