Why do men seem to lack self control sexually?

It is one thing not to deny one-self, but it is another thing to be so sexually self indulgent to the point where it harms others. Men do not seem to understand this. They want what they want when they want it and do not care about anyone's feelings. They also feel they DESERVE to have it regardless. I think this is the real reason men run around and cheat and are always raping and molesting someone. There seems to be no self control and claiming testosterone is NO excuse. Why is this?
But, unlike women, all men ARE the same. They even have the same types of faces over and over again.

I think it is because society makes it acceptable for men to be egocentric, sexually based creatures. Society allows open acceptance of pornography, infidelity and self gratification - that just seems to be the NORM in the world at large! Self control, temperance, self denial, sexual purity, fidelity are often scoffed at and ridiculed.

There are women who fall into this category too of course- but I agree they are the exception whereas men seem to be the RULE in this area. So until WOMEN in the world and SOCIETY as whole stop enabling MEN and encouraging men to LIVE IT UP, gratify yourselves however you desire etc - then this type of mentality and behavior isn't going to stop in the world.

From a spiritual standpoint I think it is especially wrong and grievous and ANY Good Christian man, husband, person, family should NEVER justify this kind of thinking or behaving EVER! it's just WRONG.
