Does our body grow immune to herb supplements over time?

I was taking a liver cleanser with milk thistle dandelion red clover and artichoke for my acne, my face looked amazing for like two weeks and then it stopped working and my acne came back.

I read some things that u should cycle these herbs but i just dont know

i need someone elses opinion?! pleaseee

Well some of this stuff doesn't even work and hasn't had proper clinical trials. I thought milk thistle was for alcoholism.

Our bodies do get resistant to everything over time.

Seems strange it got better then got worse, acne - just go get anti biotics if you got it bad.
