Israel is now dependent on the Jordan river and mountain aquifers of the Golan and Samaria to keep its population from going thirsty.

But for how much longer?

Eventually, Israel will be forced to reinvade the Sinai to reach the waters of the Nile. Likewise with Lebanon and the Litani.
This will also fufill the Zionist dream of a state , as promised to Abraham, stretching from the Nile to the Euphrates.

Firstly, the dead sea is drying up because the water that used to flow from the Kinneret is being used for drinking water, not due to over exploitation of minerals. Secondly, bodies of water cannot die, nor can they go extinct. Those terms refer to biological organisms, not bodies of water.
Now the beginning of what you say is true: Israel is currently drinking more water than the environment produces. However, this does not mean Israel will have to invade Egypt for the Nile or anything of that sort. Currently, Israel is researching and designing desalination technology, including a plant recently opened in Ashdod. In the somewhat near future, Israel will take its water from the Mediteranean, which is a renewable source of water.
Last point: the promised country was from the "Egypt stream" to the Euphrates, not the Nile.
