Will Sunblock with mineral oil burn my face?

How does mineral oil affect sunscreen or sunblock? Will the sunblock still protect me if it has mineral oil? I heard mineral oil is flammable.

Help!! How should I protect my skin from the SUN?

I've been using a sunscreen daily on my face but had a bit of irritation from it because it contained mineral oil..I didn't realise! I now wish to try an organic one that will be more gentle on my skin and found this one by Lavera:

I am keen to try it because it is free from chemicals and parabens, however It doesn't say whether or not it is specifically for the face.
Would I be better off getting one made specially for the face instead? I found this one for the face but it does contain parabens.
