Help me. Bags under the eyes and stretch marks. any miracle cures??

I noticed this morning the bags under my eyes, (more like the luggage lounge at Heathrow airport) are quite dark, does anyone know of a quick fix solution? i always manage to get my 7-8 hours sleep a night so can't see that its lack of sleep.

Also, stretch marks. this is probably the most common question that women ask about. i have unsightly marks on my hips and back of my knees. i wouldn't say i was over weight, actually losing it at the min and spending a lot of time at the gym as i am trying to get fit enough to persue a career in the RAF. is there anything that will definately reduce the appearence of these marks. they don't appear red, just white, like tan lines, but i feel very self concious about them and would love to get rid of them.
Do sun beds help reduce the look of them??

Cocoa butter is used for both preventing stretch marks and treating them. Cucumber slices or Cotton dipped in rose water helps to clear this dark circle. Did your mom ever tell you not to make faces because it might get stuck that way? Well, your face clearly won't get stuck, but repeated skin contractions in the face are proven ways of developing certain wrinkles in the eyes and forehead. A common myth is that wrinkles can be prevented. Well, technically they can. Another myth is that wrinkles can be permanently removed with some sort of "miracle cream." This is completely untrue, and in fact there is no way to completely get rid of wrinkles. Even surgical procedures will only limit the amount and size of wrinkles, but they don't get rid of them. Anti-aging skin creams can be very useful in maintaining healthy skin, but they aren't a miracle cure and no method on the market can get rid of wrinkles completely.

A big truth about wrinkles is that sun tanning can be a major factor over time. UV rays damage the skin and can lead to increased number and size of wrinkles, among many other problems that are even more serious.
