vegetables in refrigerator crisper are freezing, only control is moisture more to less, what do I change?

The other controls that I have are freezer and refrigerator and they are both set between mid setting and lowest setting

Two things to look at... 1) if you have a separate dial for the refrigerator and freezer, turn the regrigerator dial so it's less cold. 2) Some regrigerators have adjustable vents between the freezer and refigerator... adjust the vent so less cold air goes into the refrigerator.
