Sunscreen recommendations?!?

I'm looking for a really good sunscreen.
I live in Hawaii so I need a sunscreen that will protect me from
UVA & UVB. I'm looking for SPF 50 or higher, and PA+++.
I use a tinted moisturizer so I want somthing that can be absorved quickly, non-sticky and non-shiny stuff. I don't want to look greasy since it's hot and sunny all day. I heard gel type is good..anyway please recommend me a really good sunscreen
with SPF 50 or higher PA+++ , for combi skin type (I prefer gel type or something that isn't sticky or greasy)
It would be better if it's a product you've actually used.
(I don't want to get a tan...so that is why..)
and how often do you have to apply sunscreen and how much of it do I have to use it?
Oh, and I put tinted moisturizer so when i reapply sunscreen do i just put it over it or do i have to wash my face first and do it? (I spend most of my time at school so..it's hard to do that)
