Naturally dark brown to jet black with dark blue highlight?

My hair is naturally dark brown and I just dyed it jet black. I want to have dark blue highlights but I want to know if I need to bleach or not. Thanks!

That's actually how my hair is now, and mine is naturally dark brown.
But yeah, bleach it first then do it. You should probably get it done though.
