1 - 3 times a week I use Clean and Clear STEAM 1-minute shower facial. Every Sunday I use a facial brush to exfoliate, and I shave 3 - 4 times a week... And yes, I am a Guy .

Is this an effective Regime?

You need to be careful not to over do it. trying too hard will throw the balance off and cause even more acne. If you have derma cream then the next time you visit the doc ask them about a regimen.
