should i spend money on neutrogena SPF 100+ sunblock with uvb/uva protection?

or should i buy regular coppertone spf 50, is the neutrogena worth it? i spend hours a week working out at the beach because im in the off season of indoor volleyball at my school. and i am out in the sun almost everyday for atleast 2 hours.
