How can I protect my skin at the beach?

sun screen/lotion, no duh. but how often should i put it on?
and is this a good product to use after i'm all finished?

You should put sun-screen on all over you body every hour and make sure the sun-screen is at least SPF 35. Then you should wear sunglasses to protect your eyes and maybe even a hat to protect your face extra. And yeah, the nivea product is great to apply when your done from being in the sun. Oh and to protect your hair, after you wash it with shampoo you should you conditioner to keep your scalp moistuized. Hope this helps!
