I am making a Robot that delivers a soda to me on command. I need it to keep the drink cold. How do I make it cold using only a few volts of electricity (or more)?

You need to join two plates of dissimilar metals , such as aluminum and copper , so they have good electrical contact . There should be a small thin metal plate inserted between them near the joint edge that protrudes out a half inch or so .
