Outdoor Tanning Would it be a bad idea to use baby oil for outdoor tanning?
I'm an extremely pale person and it is very, very, very hard for me to tan. Over spring break, I layed out in the sun for an hour each day, and I didn't even get a tan line....pathetic, I know. So I want to lay out today, and I want to know if it would be harmful to my skin if I used baby oil. I definatley don't want skin cancer, I just want a nice tan.
Use a tinted moisturiser or subtle fake tan that builds gradually.
If you're pale, using baby oil (which has little to no UV protection) is a silly risk to take, putting your skin in danger. If you can't tan safely, fake it.
