What age is too old for parents to pack the lunch in morning?

my brother is 20 in a week right and our mum still packs his lunch in the morning for him to go to work. i rekon he owt to be ashamed of him self and she just dont want him to grow up.

do you think this is to old or what age is???????

He's old enough to pack his own lunch, but guys can be lazy, and mom probably still likes to feel needed by him so it is working out well for both of them. Leave it alone.
