How to minimize pores?

I started using this Jack Black Facial cleanser, and "juice organics Brightening moisturizer". My skin has cleared a little bit, but my pores seemed to have gotten a lot bigger, and my nose has gotten disgusting and bumpy with black heads and redness. How can i make my pores go back to normal, my skin was almost perfect before, apart from a few blemishes and occasional blackheads. Do you think its the cleanser or the moisturizer thats causing the problems?

Im a teenager and i suffer from mild acne. I would suggest to not use so many cleansers and things on your face as it can make your acne worse.. sometimes. Get one cleanser and make sure that it comes with a moisturizer. Don't use Clearasil because it drys your skin. I would use Clean and Clear or something like Neutrogena. With Pro Active , it can either make your acne worse or clear it up. Not everyone will get the same effects. You have to sometimes try different ones to see which of them helps you better

To Close your pores ( Or i think downsize them):
1. Before Washing your face rinse with hot water ( To open them)
2. Then Use your cleanser
3. Rinse off face with cold water ( To Close them)
4. And then use a moisturizor and anything else that you need.

Few people are blessed with good skin. For skin type that seems problematic, others say blame it to your genes. Ideally, beautiful people have supple skin texture and everyone would want to have a perfect skin.

Every person has a different skin type. You may have oily, dry, normal or a combination of them. Nutrition and lifestyle are factors to consider in maintaining a healthy skin.
