Eye cream/moisturizers?

I'm looking to update my moisturizers, and one kind that I do not yet own is an eye cream. My eye area can sometimes become dry and slightly flaky, but for the most part the skin is normal (oily on the lids) and prone to sensitivity and milia.

I am only 18 years old, so anti-aging is not really a concern, but proper hydration is, as is sun protection.

So, what is a good night cream to use for sensitive skin, and a good light day cream with SPF to use during the day? I'm looking for something I can use both on the lids and the under eye area.
