Hello! Would you mind helping me with a makeup situation? [Another makeup question!]?

Well, let's see.
I'm 15 years old, and I tend to lean towards a punk-rock sort of look, dark jeans and a band t-shirt, black bracelets and such, and I'm on the short side. My hair is reddish-brown, but it is red when the sun hits it and is mostly red anyway, shorter in the back and gradually gets longer in the front, and I am on the short side, being just millimeters under five feet tall.

I have very big grey eyes and a round face. My lips are very large, although Angeline Jolie has me beat there. o_O

I'd appreciate any advice, and I will be sure to give positive feedback. Thanks for your time!
