What is a way to relief nausea and cramps from my period?
I'm on vacation, and i have the worst stomach cramps and nausea from my period im guessing, since i just got it yesterday. I don't have access to any meds but pepto bismol and it doesn't work, what should i do
THE BEST WAY FOR ME IS TO TAKE A HOT SHOWER AND POINT THE RUNNING WATER TORD YOUR LOWER STOMACH OR PLACE A HEATING PAD ON YOUR LOWER STOMACH IF YOU DONT FEEL LIKE GETTING OUT OF BED

Do you ever feel a profound relief when your crush isn't around?
I have very deep feelings for a friend of mine. When she's around (in town I guess) I always wait for her to call, I don't make plans in hopes she'll invite me somewhere, etc. When she goes on vacation or away for the weekend or anything like that, it's like a weight is lifted from my shoulders because I'm no longer climbing the walls HOPING she'll just contact me. How odd is that? Has anyone else experienced this kind of contradictory behavior? Thanks!
I am sort of the same way. However, when my crush isn't around I get really depressed and start feeling lonely. I know what you mean though, when there gone you dont have to be so worried, and I do feel the same in that regard
