WHAT IS THE BEST PRODUCT FOR ACNE PRONED SKIN?

I am currently kicking myself down because of the acne on my face. Im a healthy eater, I drink lots of water, and I use daily cleansers, moisterizers and sun screen yet my face is still covered in bumps. I even started taking vitamins. I've came to a conclusion that maybe its what iam using that's not correcting my acne. I've tried everything from proactiv, wexler, prescriptions, neutrogena even expensive brands like rodan & fields, clinique, clarins. What is the best solution to break me out of this phase? Let me remind you, im 24 years old and healthy!
