I need an indoor swing like the one on Moulin Rouge?

I need a swing...for a theatrical performance...it has to be the sort you attach to the roof....so long ropes and obviously safe for the actor....what do I ned to take into consideration as far as safety goes when fitting a swing indoors?
Where ca I get one and if it were in a public area....ie inside a nightclub....are the public allowed to use it or woul;d health and safety have a freak out?

well i don't have an answer for the first part (google it ? or yahoo it )

but the last part: IF it was inside a night club the owners best bet would be to make the public sign a waiver so he/she doesn't get sued if any accidents happen. but the owner would be smart NOT to allow the public on the swing unless its some amateur night or something. because an accident in a club just wrecks that whole days business or maybe even future business
