Best color swimsuit for pale skin?Sunblock/Screen?

Im extremely pale and im looking for a swimsuit that wont make me look tan but also wont wash me out.What style is best for small busts?
I get burned after 10min outside and don't want to get tan but like it outside what is the best sunblock to use,for just going outside and swimming as well.

Any bright color is good for pale skin. Bright Blue, Yellow, Pink, etc. Make sure they are darker and not lighter blues, yellows, and pinks. Avoid white, cream, black, brown or other colors like that because it will wash you out.
As far as a small bust, a halter top works well so does basically any bikini top, you aren't going to be able to make them look bigger so just get one that fits. Women with a bigger bust are the ones that struggle with finding a top that fits right.
Aveeno 45 or 30 block is really good. Make sure you put it on 15 min before you go out into the sun and probably 20-30 min before you go in the water.

can i put sunblock/screen on my tattoos now?

i have had me tattoos (3 of them) for about 10 days and they have all peeled completely and have that shiny layer of skin over them, which by the way has already started to go away.

wait for the shiney to go away, and for the tattoos to feel like the rest of the skin surrounding the tattoos. then you can put on the sunblock and go in the sun, if you do it too soon, you still risk burning them and that hurts, and delays healing-extends healing really.
