Is The Body Shops Shea or Coconut body butter worth purchasing?

I am looking for a good moisturizer, especially for my stomach with me being pregnant. I hear this product is really good but it is expensive ($17 for 6 ounces). I am just curious if it is worth purchasing or should I try a different route. I do have very dry skin.
I have used palmers and I am looking for something better.
