My face feels dry after I wash it?

I use angels on bare skin from lush to wash my face every morning, and after it feels dry, so I use nivea soft moisturiser bit that makes my face feel too oily, it's very frustrating and nothing I do seems to fix it, is there anything I could do or use to just keep my face normal? A lot of the times my forehead and nose gets oily if I don't use moisturiser but the rest of my face would be tight and dry

You're most likely using oil-based moisturiser. Use water-based ones. Like Clean & Clear. it usually says it on the product

When you think about protecting your skin from the sun, what comes first to mind? Your face? Your neck? What about your hands? Unless you always wear gloves, your hands receive a tremendous amount of sun exposure over time. And about 90 percent of the visible skin changes attributed to aging - which appear on your hands as wrinkles, brown spots and leathery skin - are caused by the sun's ultraviolet (UV) radiation.
