Searching for a dermatologist in the so.Cali area for ethnic skin??

I have these dark spots that are all over my body. which started in my back and now my body is pretty much vcovered in them and it;'s getting to my face. its not really attractive to look at and it's embarrassing. I would like to find a docotr (dermatologist) who specialises solely in ethinc skin such as african-american, asian, latin and so on....And try to figure out my condition and if there is something they can do to save my skin. I just hope it's not cancer.

I am mixed and I never had any skin problems in my lifetime. until febuary of this year. I have seen regular doctors and they are telling me all kiknds of things. that I have pytoriosis rosea, hypperpigmenation, from birth control,and my liver is infected. But this isn't a rash, it does not itch its not irritated.They just look like bruises but in spots. Tthe doctors sai dhtat it would go away in a few weeks but it only got worse.They tried to sell me a small 2oz fading cream for $98. NO WAY!!!
