What brand of makeup that can really make you fairer and your skin smoother as you wear them?

I'm not really the type that spends so much time in the morning putting make up prior to going to work. I just normally wear face powder and lip gloss just so that I won't look as plain and pale. Please recommend makeup brands (that hopefully not as expensive) that possibly help my skin regain its youthness as I continuously apply them. I'm kind of tired changing from one brand to another and yet nothing has really worked the way I want them in the long run. Testimonials will be greatly appreciated. As we grow old, I understand women should take good care of their skin to remain looking young but I would really prefer a brand that works two ways... making me beautiful and my skin more beautiful. It's not just the make up that you want to help improve your complexion, you need to be following a cleansing, toning, and moisturizing regimine in the morning and before you go to bed. I did NOT start doing it until I was in my early 30's and within a few weeks i could tell a difference in the way my skin looked and felt...and I have stuck with it ever since. It takes me no more than 10 minutes to cleanse, tone, moisturize, AND put on my make up in the mornings. IF prices are an issue, then I would suggest going to Walmart and using either NEUTROGENA or LOREAL products. Loreal is the subsidiary company of Lancome. You will need to figure out your skin type, get your cleanser, toner, daily moisturizer(one that you can wear under the make up), and your foundation. Loreal & Neutrogena both have a new minerals powder foundation that I heard is awesome, and it is good for your skin. I use Loreal's LASH OUT mascara, it is great!!! I have been using it for over 15 yrs!

Also be sure that you are drinking plenty of water(100 ounces a day, but no more is best)...get plenty of rest(it makes a difference if you are not sleeping well), and try not to smoke...it does age your skin, and enlarges your pores.
