What is this skin surgery called and how much does it cost typically for full body?

My skin is darker on every major joint on my body, including hands, kness, and elbows. This bothers the heck out me and I just know that there is something i can have done over my full body to lighten and perfect my skin tone. I just need to know what it is and how much it costs??? Is there anyone who actually knows what their talking about that can tell me plz!?!

Be proud of who you are, okay? There's nothing wrong with being black, nor anything wrong with being a darker shade. You're perfect in your own way. If you can't accept yourself, then don't expect for anyone else to.

Besides, I can guarantee you, even if you do get the surgery, you'll later on find something else "wrong" with yourself and will want to fix that.
