Skin Tones Spf

Is it necessary for my moisturizer & FOUNDATION to have SPF?

I want to get aveeno facial lotion One has SPF 30, & the other dosnt
I want them to help even out my skin tone.(which they both say the do)

But I use MAC studio Scuplt foundation & that has SPF 15 already.

Should I get the Aveeno with the SPF30 or without the SPF?

Yes, it probably would be better for you if you use both products with SPF in them.
The face can burn to easily, and even having SPF 15 in our MAC foundations, it wears off during the day (unless you constantly re-apply during the day) which means the SPF wears off too.
Also the face of you're face always catches sunlight to its prone to burning. I use Studio Fix and i can still burn through it as i'm extremely fair skinned so i tend to use moisturizer with SPF, sunblock, then my foundation. But that's me personally.
And especially as its coming up to summer and mostly likely will be out in the sun a lot, i would suggest you get the moisturizer with SPF.
