Where Can I Get These Add-Ons For "BricoPack Vista Inspirant Ultimate 2"??? Windows XP Skinning! PLEASE !!!!!!?

Ok guys well here's the skin that i downloaded:

Now I would like to know where i can get some cool add-ons for this theme pack, can anyone supply me a link or something? Preferably something EASY to do??

Any type of add-ons are cool but i would really love if there are add-ons for the following:

1. Fade In/Out when you minimize or bring back up.
2. The search all computer box on the START screen.

It would be fantastic if you can find some add-on for those two things i just mentioned. If not, any type of add-ons are cool.

REMEMBER: Please make sure that these add-ons are compatible with the skin i have.
