Skincare Sun Should I wear any makeup? What stuff should I wear?
I am 13-1. That is twelve. I know I am too young to have an account, but I want to wear makeup and had no where else to turn. I really love makeup. And I believe I am mature enough.
I have very green eyes and blond hair. My skin is the slightest bit tan
( from the summer sun), but it gets white in the winter. I have clear skin, and a whole bunch of moles.
I know about skincare. What kind of makeup should I wear? How do I apply it? What brands?

Girl, let me just say that, first of all, I don't think that you should wear makeup. Because, one, your a bit too young, and two, is that you should appreciate your own real beauty. You should celebrate yourself and be confident with yourself, and not use makeup to achieve that. But, if you MUST wear some, then here's my suggestion-(sorry if it's not exactly what your looking for, because I am only 14, and only own a little bit of makeup, and rarely ever wear it.....)
~No foundation! Only use concealer if you have anything you want covered up-like redness or under eye circles.
~Apply a light eye shadow to your top lid. Pick a fun color, like purple or green. Or pick a neutral color, like gold or brown. (if you pick this option, only use the shadow, nothing else on the eyes.)
~Apply a liner in a light brown or dark brown. Apply as close to your top lashes as possible, and if you want to, smudge the line a bit. (If you choose this method, then apply a matching mascara only to your top lashes. Choose a lengthening one and only apply one coat.)
~Add a light lip gloss for daytime.
